Combined Resources Provide a Better Test-Taking Experience, Now Under One Brand

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Sept. 30, 2021 — Meazure Learning, a full-service provider of test development and delivery solutions for higher-education institutions and professional testing organizations, announced its plan today to rebrand ProctorU and Yardstick under a single company brand: Meazure Learning.

Meazure Learning originated when ProctorU, the world’s largest online exam security and identity management company, and Yardstick Assessment Strategies, a leader in psychometrics and computer-based exam administration, merged in January 2020.

Meazure Learning combines the market-leading offerings of ProctorU and Yardstick to serve its clients as the world’s most experienced provider of remote proctoring and an innovator of assessment services. The company employs nearly 350 people; manages a network of over 1,300 trained proctors and support staff; and serves more than 1,000 clients, including major universities, certification and licensure associations, standardized testing services, and corporations.

Jarrod Morgan, Cofounder and Chief Strategy Officer of Meazure Learning, says, “Our transition to the brand Meazure Learning is in response to the significant change we’ve witnessed in the testing and assessment industry. Learners have increasingly chosen to become educated and certified online, and we don’t see that trend reversing in the future. Meazure Learning brings the very best in exam integrity and test-taker experience to the higher-education and professional credentialing markets.”

Meazure Learning proudly upholds the ProctorU and Yardstick legacies of providing best-in-class assessment solutions. Going forward, clients will have access to the same trusted products, services, and people; only the name of the company will change.

ProctorU’s platform, user interface, staff, and service lines (i.e., Live+, Review+, and Record+) will remain unchanged. Moreover, the platform will retain the ProctorU brand presence in both name and logo.

Yardstick’s Measure Exam Software will also remain unchanged but will operate under a slightly different name — Meazure Exam Platform — to better align with the parent company. The psychometric and data experts previously employed by Yardstick will continue providing their full range of trusted services.

Over the next several months, Meazure Learning will migrate all marketing content from the public domains of ProctorU and Yardstick to

Stephanie Dille, Chief Marketing Officer of Meazure Learning, says, “We are excited to offer an unrivaled end-to-end assessment solution backed by the highest level of exam integrity. The collective people and technologies allow us to bring new and better solutions to the global market so we can continue moving people forward in their academic and professional lives.”
