Meazure Learning is committed to making its products available to all users. Our informational website and online proctoring applications comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and comply with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. Our products and support resources have been developed using accessibility best practice guidelines and tested with various assistive technology products to ensure the best possible user experience.

Meazure Learning partners with Deque, an industry leader in accessibility and usability for audits and education. Meazure Learning also works with institutional partners to test capabilities as necessary through the ProctorU platform.

Meazure Learning has a current VPAT that was completed on August 8th, 2024, that was performed by Deque. Meazure is committed to continuously improving the accessibility of the ProctorU platform and mitigate any areas in which the product partially supports.

A few notes on Meazure Learning’s VPAT and assistive features:

  1. Any test-taker utilizing the Live+ and Review+ service lines may request a live proctor to assist at any time during the exam launch process.
  2. Personalized Assistance: If a test-taker requires assistance due to a disability or other accessibility challenges, our trained proctors are here to help. They are equipped to provide the necessary support, whether it involves navigating the testing platform, or other accommodations tailored to a test-taker’s specific needs.
  3. Confidential and Respectful Service: We respect test-taker privacy and ensure that all information related to a test-taker’s accessibility needs are handled with the utmost confidentiality. Our proctors are trained to assist in a manner that is both professional and respectful, ensuring that test-takers feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.
  4. Tailored Accommodations: We understand that each candidate’s requirements may differ. Our team will work closely with each test-taker to understand his/her specific needs and provide appropriate accommodations, ensuring the assessment experience is as seamless as possible.
  5. Simple Request Process: If a test-taker anticipates needing proctor assistance, please notify us in advance. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that the test session is fully equipped to meet each test-taker’s needs.
  6. We have a plan to fully remediate the remaining ‘partially supported’ items within our control by the end of 2024. However, please note, some ‘partially supported’ items in the VPAT are related to third-party tools that are outside of our control.
